[PATCH] support usb devices for install/init script

Hi Rene,

I am attaching the patch so it can be reviewed. I wrote it long time ago and it was working for me fine as I could install T2 using usb key on host or as guest for Virtual Box.

Yeah, USB key (stick, storage whatever one names it) classic install was
on my (magic) white board for some time, too. Thanks for the patch to
beat me to it :-)!

I now got to that part rewritten to really wait for a device to appear
(up to 7 seconds, it's 15s for the live case which can in no way
continue without media, while the install could still be used to network
boot, manual shell access, etc.).

Committed revision 35034.

Tested with a virtualized CD-ROM, and a USB storage in the real world.

Hope it works on your side, too.
