[Portfolio] Presentations Tool UI improvements

Hi all:

 

At the last Monday call, Beth mentioned that there might be time to get some modest UI changes into the Presentations tool for 2.7.  I’m putting a document together with a list of suggestions along with some simple designs based on IU’s initial experiences with the tool.  If you have ideas along these lines, please send them to me in words, screenshots, or both, and I’ll fold them in. For example, I recall that Teggin mentioned something about the active/inactive status of portfolios, but I can’t recall the details.  The goal here is to make the tool more intuitive.  I’m not sure there’s a whole lot we can do with the free-form presentation in this short time frame (except perhaps getting it to work), so keep the focus on template presentations.  I won’t be at the Monday meeting this coming week (I’ll be at the IUPUI Assessment Institute), but I’ll try to get a document out to the list for consideration sometime in the coming week.
