 Moving to SQL/MM, ST_AsText should no longer ignore the 3rd and 4th
 dimensions, and should return proper type signatures for higher
 dimensional objects (e.g. "POINT M (0 0 0)", "LINESTRING ZM (0 0 0 0, 1 1
 1 1)")
