[RDFa TC] Roadmap for approvalElias, Fabien, Ben, Shane, Wing, As of my action [1], I'm now going to start the approval preparation of the RDFa TC. The three appointed implementers (Elias, Fabien, Ben - 3I for short ;) should have a look at the proposed plan as described below. The 3I are asked to i) confirm their availability, and ii) comment on the necessary steps to be taken: 1. The host languages features are summarised in [2]. Please have a _critical_ look at this Wiki page (Shane?). This matrix will get an integral part of the RDFa Test Suite [3]. 2. The next step is the partitioning of the TC along HTML4/XHTML1.1/XHTML2.0, which basically means to create three RDF manifest documents, along with a matrix that summarises the applicable tests. Wing, can you confirm this, please? 3. We start with test approval for the XHTML1.1+RDFa partition. The idea is to have this ready by next telecon on 23. April 2007. This requires that each of the 3I runs all the selected TC in the according environment (WS/JS/XSLT), and reports conformance and any troubles with the TC execution. My proposed time schedule looks as follows. Till Wed, 18 April: We (Wing and I) work on the partitioning. Till Thu, 19 April: The 3I go through the Test Suite [3] and tell if it is possible for them to actually perform the tests. Till Mon, 23 April: The 3I report on the mailing list about the results on the tests. These will be gathered in a first step on a Wiki page; after approval the results are published as an (non-normative) implementation report (cf. [4]) Cheers, Michael [1] http://www.w3.org/2007/04/16-rdfa-minutes.html#action13 [2] http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/RDFaInHTML [3] http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/RDFa/testsuite/ [4] http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2005/01/test-faq#results ---------------------------------------------------------- Michael Hausenblas, MSc. Do you intend to use EARL for reporting? http://www.w3.org/TR/EARL10-Schema/ The schema is here http://www.w3.org/ns/earl -- Fabien - http://www.inria.fr/acacia/fabien/ |

Re: [RDFa TC] Roadmap for approvalI note that the wiki references the member-private editors draft of xhtml-rdfa. You should reference http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Drafts/xhtml-rdfa - that URI will remain pointed at the current editors draft in public space. > -- Shane P. IMHO it is a good idea to implement it - it's rather a little effort, and reminds us to 'eat the own dog food' ;) Cheers, Michael [1] http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdf-in-xhtml-tf/2007Mar/0106. html ---------------------------------------------------------- Michael Hausenblas, MSc.
