[RDFa TC] Test Cases Vocabulary

As recently announced [1], the Evaluation And Report Language (EARL) 1.0
Schema
is in the Last Call phase, now. How about utilising it in our RDFa Test
Cases?

Note that the schema [2] is about test case results. If you are
seeking a method of cataloging the test cases themselves, look at
the QAWG note on Test Metadata [3] and the precedents set by the
XQuery Test Suite [4].

Thanks for the hint. We actually do already apply the TC metadata
by the (former) QAWG--cf [1]. This proposal was just thought to be
a kind of extension ...
