I've entered the access key and the secret key five times (copy-paste
from Amazon). The Secret Key is not getting stored and I can't access
Amazon information.

Any hints?

Yep, 2.0.

I've been running Tellico for some years, upgraded to 1.3.6 (worked fine
with Amazon.com keys), did a clean install of Slackware 13.0 (from
Slackware 12.2), installed Tellico 2.0, which seems to work fine except
for the problem with the Amazon.com keys. The package was built using
the SlackBuilds.org (so it's compiled on this platform).

I dunno...

Ah! Never mind...

Just for grins, I removed

    ~/.kde/share/config/tellicorc
    ~/.kde/share/apps/tellico

restarted Tellico, entered the Amazon.com keys and it works; why? who
knows, but it works.

So, thanks.

Well, good, I guess. :) Maybe kwallet wasn't running? In any case, for the
next release, I removed the kwallet integration in favor of just storing the
key in the config file again. I changed my mind about the need to keep it in
the kwallet.

it take the key.

Ah-ha! Well, that's why -- I don't ever use Konqueror for anything and
shut off most of the tray stuff, so, no, Kwallet was (and is) not running.

S'pose I'd better configure it...

Thanks.
