[Tellico-users] Possible omission

I was just looking at the regions for DVDs and I noticed that Region 0 is
missing.

From Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD_region_code )

Informal term meaning "worldwide". Region 0 is not an official setting;
discs that bear the region 0 symbol either have no flag set or have region
1–6 flags set.

You may wish to add that as valid.  I'd be glad to send you a patch file
if that would make it easier (I HAVE been programming for over 20 years).
