[Tellico-users] forums

I noticed that Amarok is now using the KDE forums at forum.kde.org. How
about we use the Office category for Tellico questions there, if folks want
to ask questions on a forum? I'm still doubtful about whether it's more
useful than a mailing list, but I understand people prefer it.
