Upcoming scim-anthy-1.2.7 will set the default encoding to UTF8.

BTW, will uim-dict-gtk support UTF8 characters?

I've modified uim-dict-gtk to handle UTf-8 for anthy's personal dictionary in
r5781 trunk (r5782 for 1.5 branche).
