Some applications expect uim-fep-tick to return immediately. It'd be nice if
uim-fep-tick had an option to ask uim-fep about current input method and return
it. And return <not running> or nothing otherwise.
Example of expected output:
$ uim-fep-tick -n
2 m17n-ja-anthy[IM-]
$ uim-fep-tick -n
<not running>
