Hi MOJO team,

The DBUnit team is now actively pursuing the move and also request for
license change


The vote is open for 72 hours and will succeed by lazy consensus.

Will code be moved to the retired tree?
And should we put in a note in http://mojo.codehaus.org/plugins.html about
the new location?
Probably the jira project should be dropped as well?
