[VOTE] Release Apache Pluto 2.0

Hi,

I've staged release candidates for the new Pluto 2.0 release.

Please review the release candidates of these projects which are
available in the following Nexus provided staging repository:

The most important part is the big source archive of Pluto:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/portals-staging-027/org/apache/portals/pluto/pluto/2.0.0/

Please also check the various maven artifacts we're deploying to the
global maven repository:

https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/portals-staging-027/org/apache/portals/pluto/
