[VOTE] Release Apache Source-Release Assembly Descriptor 1.0.2

Hi,

This is a maintenance release for the assembly descriptor that we use to
create ASF-compliant source distros. This release fixes a bug in version
1.0.1 that erroneously excludes paths like "src/**/.classpath" from the
distro.

Note: If you want to test this descriptor with the Maven Assembly
Plugin, be sure to also specify plexus-utils:2.0.1 as a plugin dependency.
