[VOTE] Release JBoss Maven Plugin version 1.4

Hi,

This release has improvements to several of the mojos.  Specifically
improvements to make configuration easier and more flexible.  The site
documentation has also been improved quite a bit, and the code has been
reformatted to fit the Maven standards.

We solved 13 issues:

There is still one issue left in JIRA:
