[VOTE Result] Release ActiveMQ-CPP 3.0.1

The voting period for the ActiveMQ-CPP 3.0.1 release has closed, the
results are below:

+1 : 7
-1 : 0

So we will proceed with the release of ActiveMQ-CPP 3.0.1!  I will start
updating the download links shortly.
