[WebSVN] Specifying items in RSS feed

After all the recent work on the RSS feed, I figured there are a few  
further minor improvements that would be nice to have:

- Instead of always using 20, allow specifying the maximum number of  
RSS items in config.php, and perhaps with a "max=..." URL parameter.
- If the latter is allowed, perhaps a way to restrict the upper value  
of the parameter so the user can't dump all the revisions and peg the  
server, etc.

Thoughts?

Hi,

Yes this parameter took my attention when I worked a little on the rss
file, I was suprise to don't see it into the URL.
It's a good idea to integrate it into the URL but it's imperative as you
said to set a upper value for this parameter, to avoid some overload of
the servers. :)
