It would be nice to include a New Folder button on the Save panel to allow
creating new folders in which to save things.

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #26124 (project gnustep):

With Gregory we were discussing to add a tool menu. The goal is to keep the
clean Openstep interface without having cluttered panels like other systems
have (Windows XP, Mac > 10.3).

Adding juust the new folder button is maybe just a stop-gap and can lead to a
whole toolbar of buttons...

A) One proposal is to have a button with a tool icon which acts as a pop-up
menu with the actions: New Folder, Delete, Rename. This leaves space for
future options and could even be made extensible.

B) A variant of this proposal is to remove the "unmount" button and use
that.

C) Another variant is to leave everything as is and put these actions in a
contextual menus. This would be the cleanest option.

I still think solution A) is good, maybe it can be combined with C)
