Details:

The variable RAMSTART is only available in device-header files for newer
devices.

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #27367 (project avr-libc):

In don't know if there is an an automatic tool extracting this from ATMEL
XML-Files. In case not I checked in the data sheets I have:
