Details:

When setting NSInterfaceStyleDefault to NSMacintoshInterfaceStyle I get
horizontal menus but the scrollbar is the same as the one used in
NSWindows95InterfaceStyle.

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #27637 (project gnustep):

Could you please explain in more detail, what is wrong with the scrollbar?
(Most likely the position of the scroll buttons)
And for which GNUstep version did this last work as expected, if ever?

My expectation for the NSMacintoshInterfaceStyle would be that the scrollbar
is on the right hand side and both buttons at the same end.

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #27637 (project gnustep):

The behaviour in gnustep-gui hasn't changed, but the location of the scroller
buttons in MacOS has.
I guess perhaps we should update to match the current location of scroller
buttons (ie OSX rather than the original MacOS).

I changed the code in SVN to handle NSMacintoshInterfaceStyle for NSScroller
the same as NSNextStepInterfaceStyle. If there should be any difference,
please report back.
