Details:

This was already reported as fixed, but it still does not work. Paste that
position into xboard:

8/8/8/3q1k2/3pP3/8/3N1K2/Q7 b - e3 0 1

That string gets sent to engine:

27974 >first : setboard 8/8/8/3q1k2/3pP3/8/3N1K2/Q7 b - - 0 1

So dxe3+ is not found by engine.

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #27668 (project xboard):

OK, found and fixed. It turned out that the FEN-print routine derived the
e.p. rights from the previous move, not from the e.p. rights variable I had
introduced. And for the first move this did not work.

I can't imagine why I would have done it that way, so pehaps the FEN routne
predates my e.p.-awareness patch.
