Details:

ON page
http://www.gnu.org/software/findutils/manual/html_node/find_html/Updating-A-Timestamp-File.html,
the example in "9.3.6 Coping with odd filenames too" does not define or ever
set the variable $tstamp. This causes the script not to output any filenames.
A "use strict" causes the example to fail.
Should the reference to $tstamp be $stamp?

Probably, though if that bug escaped notice, there may be a second. Would you
like to test your selected change to make sure I didn't have _two_ (or more!)
bug in there?
