[email] How to update http://commons.apache.org/downloads/download_email.cgi page?!

Hi folks,

the release is pretty much done but somehow the download page show the
old version (1.1 instead of 1.2) - any ideas what I messed up?

Not messed up, just missed. You have to update the downloads.xml[1],
run an ant command[2] and then build the site using maven1 and deploy

Need to get this moved to m2.

Anyway, I've done it for email 1.2
