[flex_india:26194] Building custom components Library

Hi Folks,

I have developed few reusable components and I want to create a Library for those components and my future components.

Any help in creating the library will be appreciated.

just put them in the lib folder and call them as needed.

Hi,
U can place all the reusable components as .swc in some folder and
whenever u want that component in any flex project u can add the
swc.

I agree with Rishi. Create a flex library project and put all your
component files in it and then compile it to SWC.

in flex select file new flex library project, when build automatically option is  selected in flex, when ever u make changes to code in library it will be complied automatically when u save the file

The reusable components what I have developed were mentioned below.

Left Navigation Bar : Some thing like setting a dataprovider for the component which hold ur button names and label rather going for developing a left nav for each project.

Filter bar data Grid :

Filter for the grid which will filter and list out the results based on the search critrea.

Customized Upload option using file reference class.

And some more.
