[flex_india:26423] Drag & Drop Columns between two datagrids

I have two advancedDatagrid, I can drag & drop rows from one to the
other, but I would like to do the same with the columns. Drag one
column from the first (hide this column in the first data grid and
show it on the second datagrid).
Does any body know how to do this?
