[jencks-user] [ANN] Jencks 1.2 is now released

This release is mostly a bug fix release but is also the first attempt
at a release using Maven 2 (along with using ActiveMQ 4.0).

Please let us know if you have any issues with the release. Our next
goal is to achive better XML integration with xbean and Spring 2 to
simplify the XML configuration files.
