Done:
(5) move the imap web site into protocols web site.
(7) http://james.apache.org/imap/ current site: deploy a simple page that explains the code have moved to protocols and that link to it.
(8) the mailbox-integration-tester (https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/james/mailbox-integration-tester/trunk) project still uses the old imap. We need to use the protocols-imap (and check that tests are successful).

To do:
(4) Remove https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/james/imap/ in a few weeks.
