It is not perfect as it will force a checkout of all projects - not just the ones updated in the commit - but it is simple. However, there might be a problem when there is a commit before the previous build is completed? Just to make sure we run the script with --force nightly to do a full build. The other script can be used as a simple monitoring utility.
