Thanks for the quick reply. I tried it a number of times in a number of situations - no success. Then I thought "stuff it, I'll use MS Ent Lib logging", and downloaded that. Passing by the Apache tab in Firefox, I clicked the download link again - and it worked!  Given the threat of being usurped by M$, it sat up an co-operated. For speed of checking, I opted to open in Winzip (not save) and now have the files. Wanting the zip as well, I clicked again. Same old story. 4.8M max.  Still, at least it worked at that moment. It must be possible to make this more reliable than this - I see others have had the same problem.

I tried it just now and was able to download ok. This issue comes up every now and then. I think one of the Apache mirrors has a bad file?

Simply, the download from [3]http://logging.apache.org/log4net/download.html is not working; the d/load fails at about 4.8M and so I can't use the s/w in any way. I also do not get a list of mirrors as suggested and can't find anywhere else to download from. Help!
Apologies if this is not teh right place to report this, but it is a bit of a "Blocker"
