log4j.xml for jboss42x is broken (invalid syntax)

The file installed in .../cargo/conf/conf/log4j.xml[1] when using the jboss42x container is broken. The file contains the same XML content twice resulting in invalid XML and errors when starting the container.

I included the trivial patch that corrects the file.
