When you delete a purge configuration message is "Are you sure you want to delete Purge Configuration + {description} ? " if your purge configuration description is "" then you get this result.

Think it's not a bug.

Bug report is invalid...if the purge description has value, it will appear in the confirm deletion message. Issue can now be closed.
