support annotations in statement object model
----------------------------------------------

                 Key: ESPER-417
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/ESPER-417
             Project: Esper
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Core
    Affects Versions: 3.2
            Reporter: Alexandre Vasseur
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 4.0 - requires JDK6
         Attachments: Esper416and417.java

The statement object model does not compile annotation and this limitation does not seem documented.
It could be augmented to provide annotations as well in the statement object model.
See example test case that demonstrate it doesn't (last assertion)
