Test welcome page with screen reader software "JAWS", these accessibility issues are found:
1. No ALT defined for logout image link
2. No "Skip to Main" link to allow blinded people to ignore the long list of navagation links, thus the blinded people have to listen to the whole link list again and again when they navigated among the admin console.
