1, Start geronimo-tomcat-2.2-snapshot instance A with:
ServerHostname=0.0.0.0
PortOffset=0
2, Start geronimo-jetty-2.2-snapshot instance B with:
ServerHostname=0.0.0.0
PortOffset=10
3, netstat -na
