Show resource directories as packages instead of folders in project view

Currently the project view shows resource directories like src/main/resources as standard folders.
These would be much easier to use if they were (at least optionally) displayed like java packages, i.e. collapsing e.g. nz/co/telecom into a single 'nz.co.telecom' tree node instead of displaying 3 separate nested nodes 'nz' 'co' 'telecom'.
