The attached patch ('webmode-test-2009-11-06.patch') enables running GWTTestCase's in web-mode by passing the "-web" argument to GWT via the gwt.args property when the webMode Maven config parameter is set to true.
The patch also fixes an issue where the "-out <dir>" argument wasn't getting sent to GWT, which seems to have gotten dropped as part of the transition from org.codehaus.mojo.gwt.test.TestMojo -> org.codehaus.mojo.gwt.shell.TestMojo.
