This patch add a ModelDefault for default imports. Defaults imports are added at the top of every class generated. It can be useful for instance to import packages which declare annotations.

The file suffixed -JAVA_plugin should be applied in the (1.0.1) modello-plugin-java source tree. The other file is to be applied in modello-core.
