Hello,

As already mentioned on the mailing list it would be nice to have a maven plugin that
parses the site.xml of a doxia site and generates a sitemap.xml following the standard http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.php.

I attached a first draft of the project.
It would be nice if you could submit it to the sandbox.

This version now has a unit test
and generates a sitemap.xml and sitemap.xml.gz file inside the target/site dir

I will now create the site documentation and then it should be finished.
