Firstly I configured Database as Oracle in the following way:
1) Add ode-axis2.properties in {TOMCAT_HOME}\webapps\ode\WEB-INF\conf
ode-axis2.db.mode=EXTERNAL
ode-axis2.db.ext.dataSource=java:comp/env/jdbc/ODEDB
2) Modify server.xml in {TOMCAT_HOME}\conf

Then access ODE console, it throws exceptions
