Fix NOTICE files to match consensus from legal team
---------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TIKA-280
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TIKA-280
             Project: Tika
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Jukka Zitting
            Assignee: Jukka Zitting
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 0.5

As discussed in LEGAL-62 and the related legal-discuss@ threads, the Tika NOTICE files currently contain information that doesn't really need to be there. A simple "Copyright (c) ..." statement is not a required attribution notice.
