Add additional datasource properties for DB2 Vendor driver

Kevan Miller had sent me a patch to add support for some new options for the DB2 Datasource for version 9.5.  I applied his patch as well as updated the RAR.  

Specifically, the options added were

downgradeHoldCursorsUnderXa
Looks like this one is new with DB2 V9.5.  Default is true.

resultSetHoldability
This is an old option that had not previously been implemented.  Default is 1.

resultSetHoldability exists in db2 v8 and later universal jdbc driver.
