Two glitches coming out of FOSS4G code sprint:

First page:
1. Finish button was available on the first page - even though the database to connect to had not been chosen (on the second page)

Second page:
1. Not obvious to hit the "LIST" button; could we automatically do list if there is only one? Or somehow choose the "1st" one
