Need to Fix some issues in Linux Build

The scenario4 of secpolicy samples wont build properly. 2. Need to replace WSF/C documentation found in WSF/C++ deploy/bin with WSF/C++ documentation 3. Need to modify build.sh and make a dist.sh (must move the sed commands etc.) 4. Better to replace 'make examples' with 'make samples' 5. Need to make a dist_hook.sh 6.
