Unwanted delete on task/story while consulting

I've lost some tasks and stories while consulting them.

I do not have a scenario to reproduce it.

Informations:
1/ I did not ask for a delete nor confirmed it.
2/ Each time the task/story is marked as deleted in the history (which is curious as I did not ask for delete).
3/ In the log file the delete seems to be done in the same call than another action (view). I'll attach the log.

That was due to a Firefox plugin for previewing the link page content (which on delete link was executing the delete without taking care of the popup window for confirmation).
