missing start time results no tasks showing on user info page.

I am currently running on Xplanner version 0.7b7. My user is creating time sheets from existing data and experience that time entries added without a start time are not correctly added in the team timesheet. Is there some way to get around this, e.g. to get the start time automatically to be the start time of the iteration ? Can he edit the start time on the first entry in the Task Time?
By referring to the 2nd print screen, the task is not showing on the user's 'ME' page.
Please advice, thank you!
