Fix Version/s: Future
Initial work on trunk done in r748717 and r748719.
To build the pdf along with the site: mvn site -P pdf (or just mvn pdf:pdf). It will be in target/site/apache-continuum.pdf
You will need the latest Doxia and PDF plugin snapshots to use this.
