[kopete-devel] Gadu Icons

Hello,

I'm working on next patch for gadu plugin (support for blocking contacts etc.)
and I need to bring couple of new overlays icons (and clean current ones).
Could anyone tell my how this should be done? I mean, should I create just
overlays, if yes in what size, name etc? There are a lot of unused icons in
protocols/gadu/icons (same for most protocols), what for? Another question, am
I allowed to use different overlay for away status - something more similar to
gadu's original one?

And one more, should I use Kopete::Account::block() etc or I should made my
own black list management?

Why do you need/want this? Is there something wrong with the current set of
overlays? The whole point of Kopete is to unify the majority of the IM
experience across protocols, not keep it fragmented.

I don't know how this is done. I suppose for the artwork, you could ask the
oxygen folks for some artwork.

Sorry for delay but I'm busy at university....

Yes, gadu icons need some changes but I think all can be done without touching
current icons (there are bad overlays and improper icon is used in offline
state).  I almost done gadu blocking user (for which I need an overlay icon -
I'm thinking of same as wml-blocked) and hide status from - this also should
have somekind of overlay icon, or at least should clevery indicate that user
is not able to see our status, am I right? Most clients marks it with diffrent
font in contact list but I'm thinking of making using just status-unknown
overlay + text description in tool tip, would it be ok?
