Attachment: ws.patch
added support for webservices being generated off of the wsdl file.
copied the wsdl file to the right location for the plugin, added an axis dependency and put the plugin into the pom.
Vincent, I made org=organ in the generated classpaths so when you have the plugin installed and running you'll see which files were generated and compiled by the plugin in target/classes...we'll have to remove the static java files before we change it back to org otherwise we'll get them compiling over each other.
(can't commit so just made a patch for you)
