#3740: Support for no barcode and no catalogue number

I think it would be really nice if we could have some way of explicitly
stating that there is no barcode and/or catalogue number, like we can use
[no artist] and [no label] for artists and labels respectively. I don't
really work with stuff that doesn't have catalogue numbers, but looking at
http://musicbrainz.org/show/tag/?tag=no%20barcode I seem to be coming
across quite a few without barcodes. We could maybe use 0 for "no
barcode", because I assume that would be an invalid barcode.
An example: I'm pretty sure
http://musicbrainz.org/release/7d403093-1245 -4c1c-98a4-a4b35584ac94.html has a barcode, I just haven't looked up what
it is yet. On the other hand, I've seen the cover of
http://musicbrainz.org/release/3a8f2e8f-a322-43f8-8a7a-2739fde263d1.html and I know there isn't a barcode. However, they're both represented in
exactly the same way, whereas we have a distinction between [unknown] and
[no artist] for artists and a lack of data and [no label] for labels.
