#5270: Title length limit has been removed, but the forms still limit the length

This may very well be a wontfix, as it's in regards to the mason-generated
forms code, but entering it if nothing else to remind us to not carry this
over into the T templates...
The limit on length for input in the track and other fields which were
previously limited has been removed. However, there still is a maxlength
attribute being assigned to those fields, in the HTML. Thus, the only way
to actually enter a very long title, in those cases where you need to, is
to use a tool - such as firebug - to remove that attribute from the field,
to allow the entry of 255+ chars.
