If I submit

I got an error that url-rels+sa-Album is not a relationship.
Most URL encoding libraries will convert + to %2B, so I have to go about
hand generating the URL and encoding only the specific parts, or I have to
replace %2B afterwards. would be better if the APi could handle this url
encoded
